Privacy policy

Effective October 21, 2026

WyattGo is a back-office service for construction and remodeling businesses, operated by WyattGo Solutions LLC. It reads a business's email and accounting records, finds job costs that have not been billed, and prepares invoice drafts for the business to review. It is offered by invitation only. This policy explains what WyattGo reads, why, where it is kept and how to have it removed.

What we access

Only what the business authorizes, in the provider's own settings:

  • Google Workspace, read-only: Gmail messages and attachments, Google Drive files, Google Sheets and Google Calendar, for the mailboxes the business chooses. The business's Workspace administrator approves this in the Google Admin console. WyattGo never sends email, changes files or edits calendars on the business's behalf.
  • QuickBooks Online: customers, invoices, estimates and related accounting records. Once the business turns it on, WyattGo also creates unsent draft invoices in QuickBooks, and only after a person at the business approves each one.
  • The email addresses of the business's authorized users, so they can sign in.

How we use it

Solely to provide the service to the business that authorized it: classifying incoming vendor documents, reading their amounts, matching costs to jobs, comparing them with what has already been invoiced, and preparing drafts and reminders for the business's review. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers listed below, and only as needed to run the service.

WyattGo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

AI processing

Document and message content is processed by Anthropic's Claude models, reached through Vercel's AI Gateway, to classify messages, read invoices and suggest job matches. Under the commercial terms we use them on, these providers do not train their models on this content. Every result that affects a bill is checked by code or by a person before it is used.

Where it is kept

Records are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon and documents in private Vercel Blob storage, both in the United States. QuickBooks access tokens are encrypted at rest. Google access uses short-lived tokens that are never stored, and WyattGo holds no password or key file for it. Only the business's authorized users and the operator of the service can sign in, through single-use email links. WyattGo sets the sign-in session cookie and, while QuickBooks is being connected, a ten-minute cookie that confirms the answer came from Intuit.

Service providers: Vercel (hosting and AI Gateway), Neon (database), Anthropic (AI models), Resend (sign-in email).

Keeping and deleting data

Data is kept while the business uses WyattGo. The business can disconnect at any time by removing WyattGo in its Google Admin console or QuickBooks settings, or by writing to us. On request, or within 30 days after the business stops using the service, we delete its stored messages, documents, records and tokens.
